Florida Women’s Center is seeking dynamic and energetic, board-certified OB/GYN physicians with a strong work ethic to join their team. Serving the needs of the North Orlando communities, "Florida Women's Center" is a well-respected practice expanding into Volusia County. This practice performs a high volume of deliveries and surgeries. Physician should be proficient in performing minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Robotic subspecialty interest could be incorporated depending on physician's background and training.

Candidates should expect to continue building upon a busy patient population in beautiful Deltona, Florida.  In addition, this new team will support close by campuses Florida Hospital DeLand (OB) and Florida Hospital Fish Memorial (GYN).  Starting in 2020, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial will open a brand new, state of the art baby place where all deliveries/surgeries will occur.

Lake Wellness for Women, based at Florida Hospital Waterman (Tavares, FL), is seeking a dynamic and energetic Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join their busy practice. This highly successful practice draws patients from the Tavares, Mount Dora and Eustis areas and care is provided in a newly renovated unit specially designed for women & children’s services. 

The practice is split with a fairly equal mix of OB and GYN patients. This office is well equipped with spacious exam rooms and is staffed for in-office procedures, and current support staff includes MA's and seasoned front office personnel. All deliveries and surgeries are performed at Florida Hospital Waterman. The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Desire to join a highly collegial team of experienced physicians in an employed model through Florida Hospital Medical Group (FHMG)
  • Experienced with laparoscopic surgery
  • Comfort with engaging members of the community to help expand market share
  • Willingness to provide practice & hospital coverage at least 1:3

Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Palliative Medicine

Florida Hospital is seeking dynamic and hardworking Palliative Medicine physicians to join our team within our system in Orlando. Florida Hospital has a growing physician-led program that will give you the opportunity to work with our existing palliative care team.  We direct inpatient consultation services at a tertiary hospital with a dedicated inpatient unit, with plans to roll-out outpatient clinics. This position comes with opportunities for mentorship, scholarship, working with team-based faculty, and a palliative fellowship. Team members include dedicated advanced practitioners, chaplains, child-life specialists, a pharmacist and case-managers. You will provide inpatient palliative consultation services to patients in a hospital setting. In addition, you will hold family meetings to discuss and clarify goals of care, as well as provide guidance and oversee symptom management in the inpatient and ambulatory setting.  This program emphasizes patient and family-centered care and collaboration with a team of physicians from every specialty. There is an opportunity to work with residents and fellows.

Our current needs are at Florida Hospital East Orlando and an additional physician for Florida Hospital Celebration Health and Florida Hospital Kissimmee. At these locations, bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

The Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist with strong CICU skills, training and/or experience to focus their clinical experience and expertise in the Cardiac ICU and Pediatric ICU. This physician will be part of our larger pediatric intensive care group at Florida Hospital for Children which consists of approximately eight physicians and four advanced practice providers. 

Responsibilities of the new physician will include:  clinical time in our CICU (10 beds) with a smaller amount of clinical time in the Med/Surg ICU (22 beds).  Physician would also participate in the provision of the sedation services, as the Peds ICU group provides sedation.   We have an active Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Program, a pediatric residency program (just launched in 2013) with 6 residents per year and clinical research opportunities.

The Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children is looking for a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our outstanding program in Orlando, Florida.  

Responsibilities of the new physician will include:  high volume outpatient clinics with a wide variety of patients from age 0 – 18, outreach clinics (currently providing care in three locations) and inpatient coverage in equal rotation with other group members. It is also possible to develop a subspecialty niche depending on physician’s interest, and an interest in metabolic diseases is desirable but not essential.  The Pediatric Endocrinology program has a dedicated area for hormone testing and we offer the full spectrum of dynamic hormonal testing and infusions. We have a large diabetes program with staffing for two nurse CDEs and two dietitian CDEs.  We also have a social worker.
